Do I have to book?
No, you can still turn up and pay on the door. However during peak hours walk ins cannot be guaranteed.
How many people can I book for?
You can book up to 15 tickets per slot. If there are more than 15 of you then book the number of tickets in an adjoining slot until you have the right number.
How does it work?
When you arrive you will be asked to arrange yourselves in teams of no more than 5 people. You will be given your equipment and a teeing off speech. You are then admitted to your course as soon as the first hole is free. Larger groups will be admitted one team at a time. Note: booking slots are at 15 minute intervals, if you are a small group there maybe another small group with the same time as you. Whoever arrives first will be admitted first. Booking times cannot be guaranteed due to over-runs and lateness but all effort will be made to admit you as close to your time as possible. Tickets are non exchangeable and non refundable.
Am I guaranteed to get the course of my choice?
Every endeavour will be made to ensure you get to play the course of your choice. However very occasionally there may be a maintenance issue which may prevent this and we may have to offer the other course to you instead.
I’ve changed my mind since booking and now want to play the other course, can I change it?
If at the time of your booking on the day we have availability on the other course then we are more than happy to swap you over. Otherwise once a booking has been made it is non-refundable and non – exchangeable.
How long does it take to play?
This will depend on the size of your group and your compentency. One round will normally take between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Where can I park?
There is a multistorey carpark at the Marina which is free for 4 Hours.
How do I find you?
We are located at Brighton Marina on the ground floor directly below the main Boardwalk of restaurants. We are behind the Malmaison Hotel and beneath Pizza Express and Nandos.
Can I bring my buggy or pushchair?
Unforunately the course is not suitable for taking pushchairs around as space is limited. Please bring a carry car seat or baby sling for small babies. Toddlers are able to walk around and we have special plastic clubs so they feel part of the group. We have an area to park your pushchairs and our staff are always present.
Is the course wheelchair accessible?
Regretfully the Jurassic course is not accessible due to space limitations. When the new Tropicana course opens this will be accessible and it will be essential that you call and speak to one of our staff before booking for a wheelchair user to ensure that we can accommodate you.
I’m a carer, can I be admitted free of charge?
Globalls have arrangements with various establishments that allow their regular customers to bring a carer with them free of charge. This is only possible during term time and not at weekends, bank holidays or school holidays. Unless you have an arrangement with us already in place you will be expected to pay.
Do you accept compass cards?
No. We try to keep the price as low as we possibly can for everyone, for this reason we do not provide discounts or concessions to any customers.
Do you accept student cards?
No. However, we are part of a number of student organisations where your membership card will enable you to purchase discounted glow merchandise to enhance your experience.
Do you accept the Marina Gold Card?
No. The price is already as low as we can make it for everyone to enjoy.
There is a large group of us, can we get a discount?
Whether there are just two of you or a very large group, the price is still the same for everyone.
Do you have a bar?
No, we do not have an alcohol licence and consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden on the premises. We are however in the heart of practically every type of eatery and restaurant / bar you can imagine which is perfect for before or after your game.
Do you accept Hen and Stag parties?
Yes we do. However you are reminded that this is a family friendly venue and drunk and disorderly behaviour cannot and will not be tolerated. Any antisocial customers will be asked to leave without being refunded.
Do you do Parties?
We don’t have a dedicated party room but you are more than welcome to book the number of tickets you require for your party. Everyday at Globalls it is somebody’s birthday! And of course there are so many restaurants at the Marina it’s a great way to spend your day.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes we accept all cards except for American Express.
